PowerSchool is where you see attendance, grades and report cards. Pick the one that describes you — the steps are different, so we have kept them on separate pages.

New parent I have never had a PowerSchool account Your first child at SJS, and no Parent Portal account at any Diocese of Arlington school.

Start here Returning parent I already have a PowerSchool account From last year, or from an older child at SJS or another Diocese school. Your login has not changed — do not create a second account.

  • Add another child

Either way: the Access ID and Access Password are not a login.

They are a one-time code that links a child to a parent account. You never sign in with them. Your sign-in is the username and password you create.

Not sure which one you are? If you have ever signed in to PowerSchool for any child at a Diocese of Arlington school, you are a returning parent. If in doubt, submit a ticket and we will check for you.
