New parent

Create your Schoology parent account

Request your child's Parent Access Code below, then use it to set up your own account. One account covers all your children at SJS.

Codes are issued once school starts.

They come from Schoology after courses roll over for the new year, so before the first days of school there is nothing to send. Request one anyway — if it is not ready we open a ticket and email you the moment it is.

Step 1 — Request your Parent Access Code

The code goes to the parent address on file, and only when it matches the student's date of birth in our records.

Step 2 — Create your account

  1. Go to the parent sign-up pageapp.schoology.com/register.php?type=parent — use this exact link, the general sign-up page creates the wrong kind of account.
  2. Enter your Access CodeThe 12-character code from your email.
  3. Fill in your own name, email and passwordThis is your parent login from now on.

Step 3 — More than one child?

Your one account covers all of them. Once you are signed in, go to Account Settings → Add Child and enter that child's own Access Code.

Request each child's code with the form on this page.

Code not arriving? If the code does not arrive, or Schoology will not accept it, submit a ticket and we will sort it out.
